· Most clients can access our health services without a referral from a medical practitioner. If a referral has been provided, please bring this along to your consultation to allow us to communicate with your treating practitioner.

 

· Treatment costs are rebateable for clients with Private Health Cover if they have ‘extras’ cover including Physiotherapy, and Pilates.

 

· All clinics have HICAPS facilities to enable automatic claims of private health insurance rebates.

 

· It is expected that all fees are paid in full at the time of consultation.

 

· We accept cash, EFTPOS and  major credit cards (Excluding American Express and Diners Club). For your convenience our centres also offer electronic health insurance rebates via HICAPS.
