· Record of pre-employment capacity helps to identify when a subsequent injury has recovered (i.e. return to pre-injury state)

· Able to compare results to population ‘norms’ (percentile of strength etc).

Benefits for prospective employees:

· Ensures employee is suited to the type of work

· Helps identify areas that an employee may need to improve ( ie lifting technique, or baseline strength)

These assessments are billed at an hourly rate, and take approximately one hour.
